1. Code of Conduct
The Common Ground Leaders Network is a peer-to-peer space for board leaders to connect, share insights, and navigate the complex, often siloed realities of community association governance together. By participating, you agree to:
- Maintain Confidentiality: What is discussed in our meetings stays in our meetings. We share the takeaways, not the source.
- Focus on Governance: Our sessions are for exchanging knowledge and solving real-world challenges. While professional connections and business collaborations are encouraged, please keep formal hiring pitches and sales conversations outside the main group discussion.
- Practice Professionalism: We view every challenge as a learning opportunity and treat all fellow leaders with respect.
- Commit to Candor: We value open, honest dialogue. We listen to understand and contribute to solve.
Enforcement: The Common Ground Leaders Network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any participant immediately and without notice for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with these standards.
2. Eligibility & Participation
Membership in the Common Ground Leaders Network is carefully curated to maintain a productive, high-integrity environment. Participation is strictly limited to:
- Current community association board leaders, officers, and trustees.
- New or aspiring association members seeking educational growth and involvement.
- Trusted local business partners and service providers invited exclusively by Common Ground Condo Care LLC.
- Community managers may only participate if explicitly invited by Common Ground Condo Care LLC.
The Common Ground Leaders Network reserves the right to verify credentials and deny, suspend, or revoke access to any individual at any time if their professional alignment or conduct conflicts with the community’s core educational purpose.
3. Important Notice & Disclosure
The Common Ground Leaders Network is a professional exchange forum developed and operated by Common Ground Condo Care LLC.
- Our Role & Disclosure: While Common Ground Condo Care LLC provides the infrastructure, administrative oversight, and operational support for this network, this forum functions as a dedicated educational and professional development space. We do not sell advertising space or utilize this group as a mass commercial marketing platform.
- Disclaimer: Information, takeaways, and resources shared within this network are for educational and peer-to-peer discussion purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not replace, professional legal, financial, accounting, or engineering advice. 4. Financial Structure, Fees, & Vendor Integrity
The Common Ground Leaders Network operates under a hybrid access model designed to maintain financial independence and platform sustainability.
- Membership & Access Fees: Standard network access and peer-to-peer discussions are generally provided free of charge. However, Common Ground Condo Care LLC reserves the right to charge enrollment fees, subscription-based membership tiers, or individual ticket prices for specialized workshops, premium content, and advanced educational courses. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
- No Kickbacks: Neither the network nor Common Ground Condo Care LLC participates in, accepts, or distributes financial kickbacks, finder’s fees, or commission-based referral payouts from service providers. All vendor or contractor recommendations shared within the network are purely performance-based and grounded in professional trust.
- Member Due Diligence: Members are required to perform their own independent due diligence and follow standard association procurement guidelines before executing any contracts with any provider mentioned within the forum.
5. Proprietary Materials & Intellectual Property Protection
All educational materials, toolkits, templates, frameworks, and resources provided by the Common Ground Leaders Network—regardless of whether they are offered for a fee or free of charge—are the sole proprietary assets of Common Ground Condo Care LLC.
- Limited License: Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the internal governance operations of their specific association.

Governing Law: These Terms & Standards, and all matters arising out of or relating to your participation in the network, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
